A brief mid-stay cleaning service, including a linen change, is required once a week for stays of 14 days or longer; the cost is €35.00 per cleaning.

INFO and EXTRAS

A security deposit of €200.00 is required, which must be paid along with the final payment. The deposit will be refunded within 6 business days after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.

On request, we will be happy to provide you with a crib including bed linen, a towel set and a high chair. We charge € 7.00 per day for this package.

An additional towel set (consisting of 1 beach towel, 1 bath towel, 1 medium towel, and 1 small towel) can be booked for €10.00 per set. This price list is non-binding. Subject to changes and errors. As of January 2026.

Terms and Conditions

Casas D&C Vacation Rentals, Torrox-Costa, Spain

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of vacation apartments and vacation homes for lodging purposes, as well as to all other services and deliveries provided by Casas D&C Vacation Rentals (hereinafter referred to as the “Landlord”) to the guest.

These terms and conditions apply to all accommodations offered, arranged, or managed by Casas D&C Vacation Rentals.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

The lodging agreement is concluded when the landlord accepts the guest’s booking request. The booking confirmation may be provided in writing, by email, or verbally.

By making a reservation, the guest expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment Terms and Security Deposit

3.1 Down Payment

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 10% to 20% of the total price must be paid within 7 days, depending on the specific agreement.

3.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance must be transferred to the specified bank account no later than 26 days before arrival.

A deposit of €200.00 will be charged. This must be paid by bank transfer along with the final payment.

The security deposit will be refunded within 6 business days after the property has been properly returned and inspected for any damage or excessive dirt.

3.4 Last-minute bookings

If the booking is made less than 26 days before the agreed arrival date, the full booking amount, including the deposit, is due for payment immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation, without any deductions.

4. Arrival and Departure

4.1 Getting There

The accommodation is available to guests starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible only by prior arrangement.

4.2 Departure

On the day of departure, the accommodation must be left clean and tidy by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

If the guest cancels the rental agreement, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations must always be made in writing. The date on which the written cancellation is received is used to determine the cancellation fees.

  • Up to 26 days before arrival: free cancellation
  • 26 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
  • 13 days or less before arrival, or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total price

We reserve the right to make separate written or verbal agreements.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.

6. Guest Responsibilities

The guest agrees to treat the accommodation and its contents with care.

The landlord must be notified immediately of any damage or defects.

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the accommodation.
  • The maximum occupancy of the accommodation must not be exceeded.

The guest is liable for any damage caused by him or his traveling companions.

7. Landlord's Liability

The landlord is liable, within the limits of the law, for ensuring that the accommodation is provided in proper condition.

Liability for property damage resulting from a breach of duty due to slight negligence is limited to three times the rental price.

The landlord assumes no liability for damage or losses resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

8. Data Protection

The guest's personal data is collected, processed, and stored solely for the purpose of managing the rental agreement.

We will not disclose your information to third parties unless required by law or necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

This Privacy Policy applies to all vacation rentals offered, arranged, or managed by Casas D&C Vacation Rentals, including apartments and vacation homes for which Casas D&C acts solely as a manager or agent.

9. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall be deemed to have been agreed upon.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The laws of the Kingdom of Spain shall apply.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Málaga.
